Trae la sua origine da un cerchio già esistente della famiglia OZ. BEST reinterpreta un classico della collezione OZ, ovvero il “LEGGENDA“, attualizzandolo e rendendolo più adattabile a vetture non solo tipicamente da corsa, ma anche di caratura classica ed eleganti come le grandi berline o coupè.
Esigenze stilistiche che rispettano specifici requisiti funzionali, frutto di un’elaborazione progettuale ispirata all’esperienza maturata ed alla passione per il settore.
La stesura delle geometrie del cerchio, rigorosamente studiata ed eseguita a computer, è stata preceduta da una preliminare ricerca svolta tramite piccoli focus group composti da appassionati e tecnici del settore. Si tratta di un’operazione fondamentale, che permette di cogliere in modo preciso e rigoroso tutti quegli elementi di briefing che, uniti all’esperienza e sensibilità tecnica maturata, possono condurre all’ottimizzazione del prodotto finale, non solo dal punto di vista formale ma soprattutto a livello di design e funzionale.
Sul cerchio di base così ottenuto, abbiamo previsto operazioni di personalizzazione per adattarne le caratteristiche alle specifiche di ogni singola vettura.
Il progetto è stato ideato, sviluppato e portato a termine dal duo Cimatti-Parentela (Andrea Cimatti e Marco Parentela) nel pieno rispetto dei requisiti richiesti dell’azienda.

BEST OZ WHEELS ENGLISH VERSION
The rim BEST has its origin from an existing rim of the OZ family. BEST reinterprets a classic piece of the OZ collection, namely the “LEGGENDA“, actualizing it and making it more adaptable to every car. Not just the typically racing ones, but also the classical and the elegant ones, such as large sedans or coupes.
Stylistic needs that meet specific functional requirements, the result of a design elaboration inspired by the experience and passion for the industry.
The drafting of the geometry of the rim, rigorously designed and executed on computer, it was preceded by a preliminary research carried out on small focus groups composed of enthusiasts, lovers and technicians. It is an essential operation, which allows us to understand precisely and rigorously all the elements of that briefing which can lead to the optimization of the final product, together with the experience and technical sensibility. Not only from the formal point of view, but especially in terms of design and functionality.
On the basic rim thus obtained, we planned customizations in order to adapt its characteristics to the specifics of each individual vehicle and client.
The project was developed and carried out by the duo Cimatti-Parentela(Andrea Cimatti e Marco Parentela) in full compliance with the requirements of the company.
